bossph Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any feature of the bossph platform at bossph.pro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is effective from the moment you create an account or otherwise use the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bossph platform. Continued use following the posting of any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

To register and use bossph, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines.
• You are registering as an individual for personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of any business or organisation.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or similar restriction that would prohibit you from participating in online gaming.
• You have not previously had a bossph account suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold only one bossph account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held in them.

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and to update this information promptly if it changes. bossph reserves the right to verify account information at any time and to request supporting documentation.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you are required to complete identity verification — commonly referred to as KYC (Know Your Customer). This process involves submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and proof of address.

Accepted identification documents include, but may not be limited to, a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilHealth ID. Proof of address may be a recent utility bill, bank statement, or other officially issued document showing your name and address.

bossph uses KYC to protect all players, prevent fraud, and ensure withdrawals are processed to the verified account owner. Failure to complete verification will result in your withdrawal request being held until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All financial transactions on bossph — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). bossph supports local Philippine payment channels including bank transfers, online banking, mobile banking, and supported local e-wallets.

The following payment restrictions apply:

• Credit cards are not accepted for deposits intended for gaming wagering activity.
• Cryptocurrency and other digital currencies are not accepted as a payment method for any bossph transaction.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment source is not in the same name as the registered account — are not permitted.
• Funds deposited must be used for gaming activity on the platform before a withdrawal request can be processed.

Your bossph account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

bossph employs SSL encryption across the platform and OTP (one-time password) verification for login and sensitive account actions. Despite these measures, you should:

• Use a strong, unique password for your bossph account that you do not use on other platforms.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including bossph support staff — who will never ask for your password.
• Log out fully when using a shared or public device.
• Contact bossph immediately via the support email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

bossph cannot be held liable for losses incurred due to unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable security precautions or has shared credentials with a third party.

All games and betting markets available on bossph — including live casino, slot games, sports betting, and eBingo — are governed by their individual game rules, which are displayed within the game or market at the time of play.

General rules applying to all gaming activity on bossph:

• A bet or wager is final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after submission.
• Sports betting outcomes are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant sporting body.
• In the event of a technical fault, error, or interruption during a game or bet, bossph reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the relevant stake to the player's account.
• Any bet placed using funds obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity may be voided regardless of outcome.
• Winnings are credited to your PHP account balance promptly after a bet or game is settled.

Attempting to exploit glitches, errors, or unintended behaviour in any game or system is prohibited. bossph reserves the right to void winnings obtained through such exploitation and to take further action including account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bossph and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or money laundering.
• Colluding with other players, including in live poker or multiplayer games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or systems to interact with the platform in any way.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system errors for financial gain.
• Abusing promotional or bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Allowing minors (anyone under 21 years of age) to access your account or use the platform.

bossph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Online gaming is a form of entertainment — it carries financial risk, and outcomes are never guaranteed. You should only play with money you can afford to lose.

bossph provides the following self-management tools:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can add to your account.
• Session time reminders — receive prompts to take a break after extended play sessions.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently restrict your access to the platform if you feel your gaming is becoming a problem.

bossph provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to ensure games, odds, and systems operate reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bossph shall not be liable for:

• Loss of gaming funds arising from technical failures or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses from account suspension following a Terms violation.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by the player's bank, payment provider, or the player's own failure to complete KYC.

Nothing in these Terms limits bossph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

bossph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the bossph platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
